Complimentary 15-minute consultations are scheduled through Google Calendar and conducted using Google Meet under the practice’s managed Google Workspace account.
Established-client scheduling, clinical records, and regular telehealth counseling services are managed through SimplePractice.
Zoom may be used as a backup telehealth platform when SimplePractice telehealth is unavailable.
When visitors follow links to external scheduling or communication services, additional terms, privacy notices, and platform-specific conditions may apply.
Professional counseling services are governed by the practice’s separate informed-consent documents, administrative policies, and applicable professional obligations.
7. Blog Subscriptions & Educational Communications
